WHAT:

Columbus City Councilmembers are holding a public meeting to discuss

the proposed 2012 Columbus Budget and related spending priorities.  In order for Councilmembers to have a better appreciation of the financial challenges being faced by many residents and social service agencies that support Columbus families, Councilmembers have asked representatives of Community Research Partners to present findings from their recently released report Benchmarking Columbus 2011.  The report looked at variety of economic and social factors that impact the quality of life in Columbus.  Other presentations will include an economic forecast from local analyst Bill LaFayette.
