Senator Wants Attorney General Lawsuit To Block Spending Of $25 Million For Rail Passenger Line


Sen. David Goodman (R-New Albany) said Monday he would ask Attorney General Richard Cordray to file a lawsuit in an attempt to block Gov. Ted Strickland's administration from spending $25 million in federal stimulus cash on a cross-state rail passenger system.
