Clarification on Health Benefits Release
(Columbus)—As a correction to the content of an earlier release from this office, the eligible dependents legislation passed Monday evening requires dependents to establish financial dependence. It does not require or establish requirements for “exclusive relationship with the employee for at least 6 months” or “remaining in the relationship indefinitely”. I apologize for this error.
