Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC) Clinics
Become better acquainted with the outdoors and learn a new skill this year at an upcoming Outdoor Adventure Center Clinic. Topics include top rope belay, rappelling, yoga for climbers, qajaasaarneg, climbing movement technique, lead climbing, slackline, workout for climbers, and kayak roll. BuckeyeThon Flag Football Tournament
Grab your friends and enter the BuckeyeThon Flag Football Tournament on Saturday, January 28, at the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC). All proceeds benefit the hematology/oncology department at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, which treats all children regardless of a family’s ability to pay. The top team wins a grill! Clothing for Columbus Drive
Donate your warm clothes and coats to benefit local children and families. Drop off your items at any Rec Sports facility until January 27. All donated items will benefit the United Methodist Free Store. Presented by Mujeres Unidas and Rec Sports.

Go Dog Sledding with the Outdoor Adventure Center
Join the Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC) on a dog sledding adventure trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, January 13 –16. In addition to dog sledding, experience the tranquility of winter camping, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. The trip costs $375. RPAC Locker Lottery Opens Monday, January 9
The RPAC Locker Lottery for winter quarter will open online Monday, January 9 at noon. Current locker holders do not need to participate unless they wish to upgrade or downgrade. The web page will activate at noon January 9. Visit http://recsports.osu.edu for more information or to enter on that date.

 

Registration Available for Winter Community Programs

Community Programs’ registration for winter programming is now available!
