Council President Michael C. Mentel Extends Condolences to the

Family of W. Carlton Weddington

 

“On behalf of the members and staff of the Columbus City Council, I wish to express our condolences to Representative W. Carlton Weddington and his family on the loss of his mother, Mrs. R. Carline Weddington.  Mrs. Weddington was a long time member of the Columbus community and extremely active in social and philanthropic organizations.  Her sense of service and love for Columbus is an example to all how one person can indeed impact the lives of others through selfless devotion to family and community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Weddington family.”
