1. Pool News
In an effort to expedite the completion of the repair work in the RPAC Recreation Natatorium and to ensure work is complete before the start of the school year, the Leisure Pool will close on Wednesday, August 25. The Lap Pool will also remain closed during this time as work is completed to comply with the federal Virginia Graeme Baker Act that requires the upgrade of pool drains.
The Class Pool, the Competition Pool and the Leisure Spa will remain open during Aquatic Center hours. Please see the Rec Swim Schedule for details.
2. RPAC Locker Lottery
A locker lottery system is currently in place for those wishing to reserve a locker in the men's or women's locker rooms. Current locker holders do not need to participate in the locker lottery unless they wish to upgrade or downgrade their locker size. Any active member may submit their name during the times listed below by visiting www.recsports.osu.edu. Each member chosen for a locker will have a week to claim and pay for their locker at the RPAC Sport Shop. After this time, all remaining lockers will be available for rent on a first come first served basis. Current locker holders are not impacted by this change.

3. Notes regarding facilities and parking during football season
ARC will be closing at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 2nd. At 3:00 p.m. the lot will become a Game Day lot and anyone without a valid Ohio State permit will be required to pay the $15 game day fee to park.
4. Summer Maintenance continues…
Beginning Monday, August 23, the basketball courts at the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC) will be closed for maintenance. During this time we will be repairing, repainting, and refinishing the floor. Currently, the courts are set to re-open Monday, September 5. During this closure, please visit the RPAC and Jesse Owens South for your indoor basketball needs. The turf fields and fitness areas will remain open during this time. We appreciate your understanding in advance!
